My Story
After years of working with Microsoft Partners, I saw the same issue crop up time and again: once the system went live, businesses were left to drive their own growth strategy. As a consultant, I worked with clients who were full of energy at the start of their digital transformation journey and excited about the potential, ready for change. The systems were implemented, but there was no further drive from the partner to guide the next steps in the journey.
This is when I started GTS Dynamics.

Subsequently, we scrutinize your current workflows and pinpoint how Dynamics 365 Business Central can be customized to cater to your needs
In case your business necessitates an eCommerce platform, we also investigate how Shopify can be integrated seamlessly with your operations. Additionally, Shopify can be implemented as a standalone product if required

The second phase is Designing your solution from end to end. Here, we map out a custom solution based on our comprehensive business analysis
For Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, we design workflows, define roles, and set up modules to align with your business processes
For Shopify projects, we focus on designing an engaging online store layout, product catalog, and customer journey. If there’s a need for integration between Business Central and Shopify, we design a robust data flow system
The final phase, Deploying the solution, is where we transform the design into reality. For Dynamics 365 Business Central, we configure the system, import data, and conduct team training
Concurrently, for Shopify, we establish the online store upload product details, and validate the shopping experience
If an integration is required between Business Central and Shopify, we ensure the connectors are correctly set up, guaranteeing seamless data synchronization between the two platforms. We offer optional post-implementation support
